Basically once that Government sticker is broken there has to be a darn good reason for any cannabis shop to take a product back. There is never an obligation to do a refund. We work hard to make sure we have the best of the best on our shelves, but if there is a problem we are happy to discuss the issue and see what can be done! If you start yelling at staff there will be no refund, and you will need a new place to shop.
